What is “kununu”?
“kununu” is an online portal that allows employees to provide anonymous feedback on their impressions and experiences with their employer. This feedback in turn enables interested parties and applicants to gain insights into companies, their corporate culture, benefits, etc. – for example, before they send an application.
When does kununu award the Top Company seal?
To receive the seal, companies must
- receive a certain number of regular or recent reviews
- and achieve a score of at least 3.8 based on these reviews
We are proud of the ratings we have received from our employees, applicants, trainees, and students, which have earned us a ranking of 4.1 (as of August 2022). The feedback and the seal show us that we are on the right track and motivate us to become even better in the future!
