DEDITEC GmbH celebrates its 12th anniversary
DEDITEC GmbH products are used in a wide range of industrial applications worldwide.
Brühl, August 20, 2020 – DEDITEC GmbH is one of Germany’s most respected manufacturers and service providers in the field of control and regulation technology. Its technology, which works behind the scenes, now regulates machines worldwide for various companies in sectors such as the automotive industry, medical technology, printing, and heating. In 2020, the Brühl-based company is celebrating its 12th anniversary and can look back on a successful history.
In 2008, DEDITEC began developing a series of Linux ARM9 processor boards, which virtually overnight became the basis for a range of measurement technology modules. The company, which was still small at the time, quickly established itself in the field of Ethernet and USB with measurement technology modules for digital and analog measurement data acquisition.
Further developments followed in quick succession. Today, DEDITEC offers five measurement technology series based on Ethernet, USB, CAN, RS-232, and CANopen. “Without the extensive knowledge of mastermind Jürgen Siebert, who now has over 30 years of measurement technology expertise in hardware development, the successful development of DEDITEC would not have been possible,” says Stefan Peters (Managing Director of ESoPe, long-standing business partner).
As early as 2010, numerous special developments were realized thanks to the continuously growing product range. Over the past 10 years, the Brühl-based company has also built up a solid customer base on all continents. “We are currently expanding the area of special developments,” reports Managing Director Jürgen Siebert. “Many customer solutions are based on series products that have already been developed. These often only need to be adapted to meet the requirements of our customers. The fact that we can fall back on a proven series product means that in most cases both development times and costs for our customers can be greatly reduced.” In its anniversary year, DEDITEC also launched a new website. The redesigned shop is now even more user-friendly with a completely revamped user interface, detailed product descriptions, and numerous images. An integrated search function helps users find what they are looking for.
