Remotely control Ethernet I/O modules via smartphone app.
The Brühl-based company DEDITEC has developed the Android app RO-ETH-Control, which enables remote control of products from DEDITEC’s RO-ETH series. The RO-ETH series comprises control and regulation technology modules with an Ethernet interface and freely configurable I/Os.

Want to control digital and analog I/Os while on the move?

No problem. The RO-ETH Control app turns any network-enabled Android device into a remote control for products in the RO-ETH series. The app offers separate network settings for private (W)LAN networks and public networks for when you’re on the go. Once connected to the module, the connection data is saved. This means you don’t have to re-enter the data every time you start the app.

Freely configurable I/O names

For a better overview and usability, the display names of the digital and analog inputs/outputs can be freely configured. This eliminates the hassle of remembering which device is connected to which I/O channel!

Configurable refresh of I/Os

The automatic refresh function queries and displays the current status of the corresponding I/Os at a freely configurable interval. If necessary, e.g. in locations with poor network coverage, the auto-refresh function can also be deactivated.

The following I/Os of the RO-ETH series are supported

  • Up to 128 analog inputs (0..10V, 0..5V, +/- 10V, and +/- 5V)
  • Up to 64 analog outputs (0..10V, 0..5V, +/- 10V, and +/- 5V)
  • Up to 128 digital inputs and outputs
