USB-RS232-TTL Converter with Galvanic Isolation

Description:
This compact USB stick transmits serial data at TTL level (e.g. debugging information) via the USB interface. Since most controllers only provide TTL signals on the serial interfaces of their processors, this tool is ideal for conveniently displaying those signals on a PC or notebook.

No more MAX232 needed for debug ports:

On how many control boards is a MAX232 installed just for debug messages, even though it becomes redundant in mass production? With the USB/RS-232 converter, this is no longer necessary. It directly supports TTL levels and can be connected straight to TX, RX, and GND of a CPU.

Galvanic isolation protects more than just the PC

Galvanic isolation ensures a safe, potential-free connection to the PC. This protects not only the USB stick itself but also the connected microprocessor circuit.

High transmission rates supported

Thanks to the high-speed FTDI chip, the converter supports transmission rates from 50 Baud up to 3 MBaud, configurable via software.

Driver support for Windows, Windows 64-bit, and Linux

This stick is supported by all common operating systems. A Linux driver is also available.
Under Windows, the converter is integrated into the system via a VCP (Virtual COM Port) driver. This means it can be accessed directly, for example, via COM1.
