Professional control and acquisition of signals with the NET series
Control and regulation technology is becoming even more flexible. The successful measurement technology company DEDITEC from Brühl presents the NET series. This is a professional solution for the precise acquisition and control of digital and analog signals in a compact DIN rail format. Thanks to its flexible and modular design, up to 64 different I/O units, known as NET-DEV I/Os, can be combined. This means that configurations with 1024 relay outputs, for example, can be easily implemented.
The simple plug-in system allows users to change the configuration themselves at any time, even during operation.
The module is based on a NET-CPU interface with Ethernet/USB/CAN/serial
Every product in the NET series is based on a NET-CPU interface. The module can be controlled via Ethernet or USB (NET-CPU-PRO also offers CAN and serial).
Power is supplied via a 7V to 24V DC power supply unit and only needs to be connected to the NET-CPU interface. Connected NET-DEV I/O modules receive their operating voltage from the internal BUS system.
Analog and digital modules can be combined
The universal plug-in system allows 1 to a maximum of 64 NET-DEV I/O modules to be connected. The module combinations or sequence of the connected I/Os are irrelevant, which means that a configuration with relays, power relays, and A/D inputs, as well as temperature measurement, can be easily implemented.
Service-friendly replacement of individual modules is possible
Individual modules can be replaced or exchanged even during operation. This allows for service-friendly upgrades or replacement of modules.
The next time the entire module is restarted, the NET-CPU interface first scans all NET-DEV I/O modules and thus records the overall module configuration.
Software
The extensive DELIB driver library enables uniform and very simple control of the modules under Windows and Linux (32 and 64 bit) in the programming languages C/C++, Visual Basic, Delphi, C#, VB.net, Java, or LabVIEW.
A software change from a BS series or RO series to the NET series requires almost no programming effort.
Control
Thanks to the open interface protocol for Ethernet, CAN, and serial, NET series products can be easily integrated into existing control systems to communicate with other bus participants.
The module can also be controlled worldwide, either via the integrated web server using an Internet browser or via the free Android™ app I/O-Control using a smartphone/tablet.
