DEDITEC awarded as “Top Company 2022” by kununu
We have been awarded! The platform “kununu” has awarded us the seal “Top Company 2022” and we are pleased that we are among the 5% of companies that have received this award.
What is “kununu”?
“kununu” is an online portal that gives employees the opportunity to provide anonymous feedback on their impressions and experiences with their employer. These feedbacks in turn enable interested parties and applicants to gain insights into companies, their corporate culture, benefits (etc.) – e.g. before they send an application.
When does “kununu” award the Top Company seal?
To obtain the seal, companies must
- receive a certain number of regular or current ratings
- and on the basis of these achieve a score of at least 3.8
We are proud of the ratings we have received from our employees and applicants, trainees and students, giving us (as of August 2022) a ranking of 4.1. The feedbacks and the seal show us that we are on the right track and they motivate us to become even better in the future!
