Light/flash control circuit for surface inspection

On a plastic extruder, which produces profiles for window and door frames, the profile surface is 100% continuously checked (scoring, scratches and deformations) by the PROMEX-CSI device from ASCONA.
The DEDITEC module “RO-ETH-O16-M16” switches the trigger control for the light/flash control of the PROMEX-CSI and takes over the signaling/communication with the PLC for automatic sawing out of damaged profile pieces.
