Beginning with 16 A/D inputs, this product is our introduction to the analogue input modules. Using the A/D converter, the voltage is converted into a digital value and is read out by software through the RS-232/RS-485 interface. The range of the input voltage is modifiable through programming.

The module has 16 A/D input-channels (16 bit / 4 us conversion time) . The voltage (or optional the current) is converted into a digital value and is read out by software through the galvanically isolated serial interface. The range of the input voltage is modifiable through programming. The inputs have a common galvanic isolation.

This module has 2 A/D blocks with each 16 A/D inputs and has due to this twice as much inputs as the RO-SER-AD16_ISO.
