Measurement examples
This example demonstrates the time charcteristics of the measured signals D0-D7, A0-A4, RD, WR and CS.
Assigning channels
In this figure, the channels where first assigned. 8 bits (D0 to D7) were individually but also jointly assigned. The grouped 8 bits in the timing view are shown as a hexadecimal value.
Measuring a CPU read cylce "RD"
In this figure it is obvious, that a 8 bit reading access takes place. CS" (Chip Select) gets active (blue vertical line) and 900ns later inactive again (red vertical line).
This figure is a section of the above figure .Here, reading access is displayed again.
Measuring a CPU write cylce "WR"
This figure demonstrates a 8 bit write access. CS" (Chip Select) gets active (blue vertical line) and 1,2µs later inactive again (red vertical line).
This figure is a section of the above figure .Here, writing access is displayed again.
