This eval board is an optimal entry for developers. All interfaces are lead through by according connectors.

Quick start
For evaluating of our E-CPU-800 module we developed this E-BASE-800 board. It comes with all interfaces and connectors to run the E-CPU-800 module by Linux application.
Description
The starterkit contains all needed hard and softwarefuntions for a directly operation of the E-CPU-800 module. The CPU module is plugged on to the E-BASE-800 board by one or two 100pin Hirose FX8 connectors. All interfaces will be lead through by according jacks or headers and were provided without any hardware construction. Some signal states can be indicated by LED, what can be useful for better error analysis. There are also a VG96 and a VG48 connector on the board, that allows the user to expand or upgrade the E-BASE-800 board with own developments. With a power down function, the E-CPU-800 module can be driven in batterie mode. An additional DIP switch on the E-BASE-800 board was configured to generate some control signals manually.
